WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS, OH – Today, Congresswoman Marcia L. Fudge (OH-11) released the following statement regarding the passing of Congressman Ralph Regula:

“I am saddened to hear of the passing of my former colleague, Ralph Regula and send my deepest condolences to his family and all who knew and loved him.

“Congressman Regula will be remembered as a leader and public servant.  He believed in people over politics and often reached across the aisle.   Even in retirement, he was a strong voice for bipartisanship.

“From his time in the U.S. Navy to his service in the State House and Congress, he fought tirelessly for others.  Congressman Regula committed his life to the people of Ohio and this nation.  He will be greatly missed.”
