WASHINGTON, D.C. - A skit that Warrensville Heights Democratic Rep. Marcia Fudgefilmed last month on Capitol Hill with comedian Stephen Colbert will be broadcast tonight on his Comedy Central show, which airs at 11:30 p.m., Fudge's office says.

News of Fudge's appearance in a "Better Know a District" segment on Colbert's show on Comedy Central went public after a taped fencing match between Colbert and Fudge spilled into the halls of the Cannon House Office Building, prompting bystanders to postonline photos of their encounter.

Fudge spokeswoman Belinda Prinz said Colbert decided to fence with Fudge after learning she fenced as a student at Shaker Heights High School.
